What a strange little film. Not much story, but a series of a character's unraveling.
Surreal horror, not unlike Carnival of Souls. Great at capturing feelings of loneliness/anxiety. Just left wondering what’s the point?
Strange film about insanity with retro f/x like Jean Cocteau films. Horrifying, but I saw it in Mexico where the audience laughed?!?!
I love the effects used in this movie. Such a great way to tap into a familiar feeling to show the horror of mental illness.
Nightmare vibes for real. Blurs the lines between what’s reality and what torment the main character is going through psychologically.
Takes a bit for the horror to ramp up, but when it does happen it creates a type of fear not often shown to this extent.
