Sets up the OG Thing pretty well, even with subpar CGI

Not as great as the original but its still fun and it gets way to much hate.

NOT A REBOOT. A prequel of what happened in the 🇳🇴 Camp. The tie ins: GREAT!! especially after credits. Some bad CGI but worth watching

Enjoyable as it sticks to the guns of the original, the only down side is the abundant use of CGI over practical effects.

It’s missing the special effects and suspense of the original. Might have been better received if marketed as the prequel it actually is.

Provides a solid prequel of the opening of the original movie.

Very good sci-fi horror movie with plenty of terror and action. Moves along fast and doesn’t waste time when it comes to the good stuff.
