It was a bit of a mad rollercoaster. Not much of a role for SLJ though.
Dad recommended this to me. Way better than I was thinking it was and made me think hey maybe I do like Horror. I now love horror haha.
probably the pinnacle of 2000’s horror, a bit aged, but still a good psychological mind-bender. ending could of explained more though.
Was going to stop it at the beginning. Acting and direction felt childish. Kept going because it’s Stephen King. Ended up enjoying it a lot.
Well done horror film, the simple premise allows for a lot of creativity and fun. Falls apart a little at the end, but it’s worth the watch
I loved it so much this is one of the few movies that actually scares me
Solid story not just bloody slaughtering horror movie.
Does a really great job of building up the mystery and mystique of the titular room and it definitely doesn’t disappoint when we see it
Rewatched it lately, it aged well. Good acting, interesting concept & great camerawork. Creepy and fresh; enjoyable watch for easy evening.
One of the funnest horror movies around. Overwhelmingly creepy and a nonstop mindfuck. Great leading perform by Cusack.
The ending is the best part of this great movie
Genuinely enjoyed this as far as 2000s horror goes, is definitely carried by Cusack and Jackson but has some genuinely creepy stuff
I don't get bothered by horror easily but this made me and my friends go to the toilet in pairs bc of how scary it was. watch itttt
Cusack in real life became narrow-minded, hateful prick but he nails this role. Mind-bending thrill ride that takes you on all the emotions
Love it has great acting and always gives the chills.
I don’t like a lot of supernatural horror in general, but I loved this! It’s trippy and just the right amount of scary stuff
Strange movie, dragged in places but the ending brought everything together
Overall a good watch, nothing too crazy to write home about but it’s tense on first watch
Gets a lot more wacky than your average PG-13 horror, and Sam Jackson is great.
A genuinely disturbing and ingenious piece of horror that's as much a brainteaser as it is a feast of visual creativity.
