Becomes cliché at the end but loved how the velvet buzzsaw comes into play
This film uses horror in my favorite way: to convey a particular message. It can be daunting at times, but I liked it.
I may have like this movie simply because I enjoy watching rich people suffer. It's great from that angle.
Not Gyllenhaals best work but good to watch
A look into fine art with a supernatural twist, good acting and directing, if you're into art, you'll love it.
Some interesting ideas and well executed scenes, but this movie is brought down by some very cheesy sequences, and lots of boring lowpoints.
Great commentary to critism of art but the whole horror thing didn't work that much for me
It starts as a kinda "been there done that" cheesy art world parody& turns into a "been there done that" cheesy ghost story with no pay off
You can't take these deaths seriously... Jake was amazing and the art world is a cool new setting, but unfortunately it didn't come out well
What was interesting about it is that it feels more like a comment on the human race. If it is a good movie or not is another discussion.
