Cool biopic on a cool guy. Chose the right man to portray Patton in all his glory in a pretty impartial manner. Would recommend

Standard biopic though Scott brings it to higher level. Shows a general who loved war, hated the destruction.it caused. Will be a classic.

You can ignore the out-of-place tanks and weapons well enough, but it pushes the anti-Monty agenda a tad too far

Patton's strength lies not in it's depiction of war but in it's exploration of the war the inside. George C. Scott commands the screen!
