Good remake, worthy of the original, frequently very funny

One of those rare instances where the remake is better than the original. David Tennant's performance as Peter Vincent is one of his best.

Good-paced horror flick. perfect for a night in with friends

Surprisingly good remake anchored by a great Farrell performance. Good cast and fun horror. Some creative stuff in there.

It has some positives, but it just can’t match the brilliance of the original.

Fast paced retelling. I figured this to be a snooze, but, wasn’t too bad. The original is horror rad, this one’s decent and had it’s fun.

Halloween recommendation! This movie is a blast! It is fast paced, funny, bloody and intense. Farrell is a scene stealer. R.I.P. Yelchin

Oh man I love this movie! Not quite as good as the original, but it’s still so fun. Very bleak and gory, and great acting from whole cast
