A fairly straight up-and-down boxing biography of James Braddock that couples as a period drama. Good performances throughout.
Such a good depiction of what the Great Depression was like and the boxing matches were very entertaining

Why does everyone talk about Rocky, but not this movie? This film is far superior. Crowe is great & the story is impactful and satisfying.
