All Quiet on the Western Front
Drama • NR • 1930 • 2 hr 14 min
The quintessential anti-war film. Certainly shows it’s age but has some impressive set pieces for the time.
A strong anti-war film that shows the terrifying effect of war through the eyes of a young german soldier in WWI.
An essential WW1 film. Holds up really well despite its age.
An incredible piece of cinematic history! The way the story unfolds and the realistic portrayal of war make this a must-watch anti-war movie
Unrelentingly bleak. A WWI film made with maturity, sensitivity and empathy. It holds up as a truly important (if harrowing) work of art.
Dives into lives of young German soldiers, realizing that the war is a struggle to fight in. Also how oblivious the people at home were.
Fantastic 1930 anti-war film set among Germans in the Great War. Thankfully everyone learned the lesson and that was the end of war.
Interesting film about how the horrors and reality of war break a young man's psyche
Truly an amazing war movie for when it was made. Lots of beautiful shots to be found.
Hey man we talk about 1930 !!! Really amazing movie especially the camera tracking 👌
