Witness for the Prosecution
Drama • NR • 1957 • 1 hr 56 min
Really incredible court room drama. Billy Wilder proves again that he is a master of any genre.
Good acting and good plot. Really enjoyable watch.
Sharply written, well-acted mystery/whodunnit that’s more charming and fast-paced than some courtroom drama should be.
All around a great film, but the standout is Charles Laughton; He is amazing. One of the all time greatest performances.
Sometimes I wonder what these filmmakers could do with modern technology but then I also feel like that could take away from it
Sir Wilfred Roberts is one of my favorite movie characters. We need more cranky old men representation!
Dark movie with tons of unexpected twists, but also was comedic at times.
Excellent. A must-see for lovers of courtroom dramas
Turn after turn leaves you guessing.... ending makes it worth the watch
Well planned courtroom drama with a surprise ending. The cast is wonderful by the way.
