Taut, extremely dense plot, well crafted, not for second screening but for the detail-oriented spy thriller addict like me
Slow burn and very British spy thriller. Good good movie but pay attention.
Subtly excellent camera work fills every frame with creeping paranoia. Stacked cast all do some excellent work.
Gripping spy drama. Fantastic acting and theming— Gary Oldman’s performance is especially of note.
Film is in genre the British do best. Cold War spy thriller with a secret mole. Ensemble acting. Dialogue heavy. Shifting suspects.
Slow atmosphere and jazz soundtrack are the highlights of this spy story.

The story is hard to follow. Lots of characters with different agendas that aren't really developed sufficiently but plenty of great acting
I had watched the original series so I followed the movie fairly easily but the cast and direction was unique enough to have its own name.
Masterpiece. Amazing performance, photography, music, all. Is a slow one but all good spy movies are. Gary amazing as always.
