The Passion of the Christ
Drama • R • 2004 • 2 hr 7 min
This is without a doubt Mel Gibsons Magnum Opus.
A graphic portrayal of the real historical event of Jesus of Nazareth’s crucifixion, whether you believe He was who He claimed or not.
Amazing performance all around and such a powerful portrayal of Jesus’s last hours
Great movie depicting one of the most important moments in history only failure it shows Mary Magdalene as the prostitute which isn’t true
Just remember that a bunch of church goers took their kids in droves to see a Jesus Christ Snuff Film, A+
Very well made movie based on the crucifixion of Jesus. Very emotional movie, prepare to cry and have your heartstrings tugged.
Beautiful. Some elaboration that wasn't necessarily biblical and some creepy spiritual warfare symbolism. But overall great
Thought Mel done a great job on this film.
Sadly, I couldn't stop laughing after the part wiith Satan and his little gimp. I bet the other cinema-goers were horrified at my cackling.
Deviation from biblical accuracy has never been more necessary or profound.
A graphic portrayal of the last twelve hours of Jesus of Nazareth's life.
A sequel to The Passion of the Christ (2004) focuses on the events that occurred 3 days between the crucifixion and resurrection when Jesus Christ descended to Abraham's Bosom to preach and resurrect Old Testament saints.
