I would have loved to see what kind of film this could have been given it had better writing and costars. The premise hooked me though.
(David Bowie I love you) since I was six.
While sometimes feeling disparate, the atmosphere of the movie and its homesick central character, who Bowie nails, is so compelling to me
First time I fell in love with David Bowie.
Where to start? This is a ride and you can see that Bowie bled his hard and soul into this movie.
Excellent performances and beautiful filmmaking in a bizarre, meditative piece that will seem different every time you watch it.

A lot more bizarre than I was expecting but Bowie’s performance was amazing.
It can be rather hard to understand (i still feel i haven understood it all). Still, it is very magnetic, and Bowie does a great job.
Bowie at his absolute best. A tour de force visual treat. Highly recommended
