The cast is amazing and the writing/direction matches in quality. Classic film that has some really good wry humor and will captivate.

Based on a true story. McQueen and cast bring real courage to life. Great tension and twists. Knowing the ending - still enjoyable!

This very much feels like the kind of film that couldn’t get green lit today. It’s meandering without losing focus and it’s unflinching

An honour to watch the inspiration for ‘Chicken Run’, one of my all-time favs. Fun fact: my grandma was friends with one of the escapees.

As good as cracked up to be. Amazing war tale even if Americanised (none in reality) & Anglophonised at the expense of Allied Europeans.
