All the symbolism. Great flick. I watch it a couple of times a year.

FX was great for the time period. Satire was super on point, loved the cheesiness.

Saw it in theaters when I was nine and my dad tried to cover my eyes during the shower scene 😂. Amazing movie then and still amazing today!

An underrated satire that deserves all of the praise it gets!

How can you not love this?! Amazing action movie on the surface but as you dig deeper, an incredibly well done satire

At first I thought it was a parody of the genre, but slowly began to realize it wasn’t being funny at all. That being said, I still enjoyed!

A sci-fi classic that deserves its place at the top of alien-fighting B-movies. Surprisingly good effects for the time.

Often called a bastardization of Heinlein’s classic novel, this film succeeds when viewed as a satire of the fascist undertones of the book.
