A meandering drama that falls into a jumbled mess at the end like a dropped stack of ENG101 papers. Achieves no suspense along the way.
There is no proper suspense that creeps up on you. An interesting climax is ruined over having too much dialogue with no buildup whatsoever.
Ring, Ring 2 and Ring 0 was great and amazing plot twist but this one got me so confused. Otherwise, it's a great movie too.
This is even worse than first movie. It was so boring that it wasn't even a horror genre in my eyes.

All Ringu movies after the first one (brilliant) are abysmal, but this one stands out in its plodding determination to make you hate it.

The now non-canon sequel to Ringu, which goes for a more "different" approach (won't specify to not spoil), which didn't work for me.
