Pretty decent, considering it's the 4th of the saga. Anthony Perkins rules!
Psycho IV is an absolute anomaly. How this low budget made-for-TV sequel is this good is beyond me.
A direct sequel to the original, Anthony Perkins one again returns as Bates in a fine performance, along side Henry Thomas
Surprisingly good sequel with amazing performances all around.
I may just be in love with Anthony Perkins at this point but I thought even the flashback scenes were really well done and chilling.
Good movie. Anthony Perkins is great.

When larcenous real estate clerk Marion Crane goes on the lam with a wad of cash and hopes of starting a new life, she ends up at the notorious Bates Motel, where manager Norman Bates cares for his housebound mother.
Norman Bates is declared sane and released from the facility in which he was being held, despite the complaints of Lila Loomis, sister of his most famous victim. Is he really cured, or will he kill again?
When Maureen Coyle, a suicidal nun who resembles Norman's former victim, Marion Crane, arrives at the motel, all bets are off and "Mother" is less than happy.
When he hears talk radio host Fran Ambrose discussing the topic of matricide, Norman calls in under a false name to tell his story.
