Miyazaki directed it that’s enough to make you watch a film
A beautiful animation with an ecological message. The love for nature shines through—truly a Ghibli classic.
My number one favourite, very important and special. Masterpiece about relationship between humans and nature
Wolves? Cool. Gods? Cool. Environmental collapse? Not cool. Studio Ghibli really said, "Humans suck," and I respect that.
Great art, animation, story and message! A bit too on the nose with the environmentalism message towards the end but still a must watch.
A surprisingly intense kids movie. War, hatred, and natural antagonization is presented, sometimes in cruelly real ways. Quite excellent.
