Really great creepy atmosphere. A bit of a hidden gem and well worth a watch
Such perfect use of symbolism and aesthetics, very profound. Good for those interested in dark subjects.
It’s very different and makes you think. Possibly thinking about killing yourself but it makes you think.
Slow burner with creepy vibes, but has a build up to one insanely good scare
Has the potential to unnerve you with it’s cinematography and puppet but, feels derivative of other films like the Babadook and Hereditary.
Excellent movie about how trauma follows you no matter how hard you try to get rid of it. Possum accomplishes so much with so little.
This movie may be too “art house” for some, so take that as a warning. Possum is a gripping and horrific look at trauma, guilt, and abuse.

Although genuinely disturbing at times, Possum is bogged down by repetitiveness, lack of focus, and an ending that's anything but subtle.
