Sequel to Popeye's Revenge (2025). A military experiment goes catastrophically wrong when a test subject escapes after receiving an experimental enhancement serum. Now supercharged with deadly abilities, he descends upon an unsuspecting summer camp with violent intent.
When a covert research team imprisons Popeye to harness his superhuman strength as a military weapon, their experiment spirals violently out of control.
