Sequel to Popeye's Revenge (2025). A military experiment goes catastrophically wrong when a test subject escapes after receiving an experimental enhancement serum. Now supercharged with deadly abilities, he descends upon an unsuspecting summer camp with violent intent.
When a covert research team imprisons Popeye to harness his superhuman strength as a military weapon, their experiment spirals violently out of control. Transformed into an unstoppable force driven by rage, Popeye tears through the facility, leaving destruction in his wake. With time running out and casualties mounting, one scientist risks everything to stop the monster they created - before he reaches the outside world.
