Not my favorite but Whedon production, but definitely my favorite version of the story.

This is the greatest adaptation of Shakespeare ever done on the big screen. Joss Whedon is truly a master in his feild.
My favorite film adaptation of the play, not just because Fred and Wesley from Angel play the lead roled.

Absolutely delightful. Excellent acting, subtlety gorgeous and funny.
These words/values do not work in a non-religious modern setting. Regardless of how good the acting is, the overall effect is affectation.
Self-indulgent. It’s cool they shot this all at the director’s house in a weekend, but that doesn’t mean it’s good.
