Gorgeous, dark-beauty surrounds this gothic (in-tone) fairy tale about lovers and darkness.A visual feast! 7/10
It’s very immersive and really feels like an old fantasy story. Good practical effects and music. Plus Tim Curry makes an excellent Satan.

Worth seeing simply for the amazing visuals, set pieces, and of course Tim Curry as the enigmatic Lord of Darkness. Wish it was more adult!

This movie is very slow but is one of the most beautiful movies I’ve ever seen. Every shot is basically art
