Ian McKellan, Brendan Fraser and Lynne Redgrave are excellent, better than the movie itself.
Very interesting look at the end of a humans life Ian McKellen is so authentic and believable but Mr Fraser also puts on one hell of a act
I didn’t want to enjoy it but I was pretty gripped throughout.
For some reason, my heart isn't in the right place to really get into this one. Acting, themes are fine, story just isn't there.
Good historical drama movie, great performances and worth watching
Some of the Frankenstein stuff was noteworthy. But everything else was awkward and uncomfortable.
Interesting look into the director life but also a bit disturbing.
McKellan is great as expected, but Condon couldn’t direct his way out of a hat. An unsubtle film that doesn’t deserve its lead performance.
