Kills, cast, and atmosphere were pretty great but the blatant product placement shots and Jason keeping hostages was just so stupid
Stupendously fun slasher with an intimidating Jason, good characters for a slasher, and some of the best kills you’ll find.
Honestly one of the best slasher reboots I‘ve seen so far. Takes all the good parts from the early movies and adds interesting new ideas

As good as a early 2000s horror remake can be. Acting is underwhelming, but as a modern slasher you could do far worse.

For the slasher fan this movie will be fun to watch. For a more horror fan its kinda a bore. There are some nice kills tho. Fun with friends
