A really underrated reboot with cool gore and kills

As good as a early 2000s horror remake can be. Acting is underwhelming, but as a modern slasher you could do far worse.

This is how to do a remake right, stay true to the sorce and add a fee fresh ideas.

Hot take: this is my favorite Friday the 13th film. Yeah, I said it. And I won’t take it back, either.

Really great return to form. However the dialogue is horrible and the characters are forgettable. Jason is great as always!

A fairly underrated remake that maintains the essence of the originals.It's a pretty decent movie and shows a fantastic and unleashed Jason.

For the slasher fan this movie will be fun to watch. For a more horror fan its kinda a bore. There are some nice kills tho. Fun with friends

A fun slasher with a great cast, good tension, and nice homages. Preserves the spirit of the original while removing most of the bloat.

Loved this remake. The Kills were rad and Jason felt like an unstoppable force.

This film was so dark! And I don’t mean in tone, just dark visually - I couldn’t see anything throughout.
