Growing up on Final Fantasy, this movie was the pinnacle of nerdom for myself for a very long time, being able to see amazing fights in CGI!
A fun story for any FF fan to enjoy. The CG still holds up well, combined with an amazing soundtrack & cool fights this is a solid film
It's a mess, especially if you're not familiar with the tie-in novels, but still fun for fans of the source material.
Weird storyline, great action, but a good excuse to see your favorite Final Fantasy characters again.
Beautifully animated, it still stands up today. A few sequences we could have done without, but if you are versed in FF lore you'll love it.
Great fun. This is the movie we should have gotten instead of Final Fantasy Spirits Within.
Watched it alot as a kid and enjoyed it but as a ff7 film its not the best
A quality CGI movie. Even though it's a decade and a half old it is still more ambitious and impressive than Disney's tripe.
Beautiful animation unfortunately attached to a really slow and mostly boring story. Another cash-grab at one of Square’s biggest sellers
Like final fantasy then you'll like this. Dont like final fantasy and you'll have no idea what's going on
