I think I’ll need a rewatch to fully grasp the story, but vivid artwork and perfect animation made this a stunning visual experience
I don’t love this nearly as much as a lot of film buffs, but it’s good! Definitely good!

Make sure to watch the 1989 Streamline Entertainment dub first. I wish I had. It’s waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the 2001 Pioneer dub.
The film explores themes such as evolution, fascism, religion, totalitarianism, and — I cannot stress this enough — so much more.
Great visuals and audio but I thought the story was kinda goofy
Well crafted. The visuals are highly appealing, especially during the body morph scene. The plot is interesting but slow to move.

This work is often credited for putting anime in the world's radar. And such reputation is not undeserved. It really is That Amazing.
