I think I’ll need a rewatch to fully grasp the story, but vivid artwork and perfect animation made this a stunning visual experience
I don’t love this nearly as much as a lot of film buffs, but it’s good! Definitely good!

Make sure to watch the 1989 Streamline Entertainment dub first. I wish I had. It’s waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the 2001 Pioneer dub.
The film explores themes such as evolution, fascism, religion, totalitarianism, and — I cannot stress this enough — so much more.
Well crafted. The visuals are highly appealing, especially during the body morph scene. The plot is interesting but slow to move.
