Favorite slasher movie. Does a good job of building suspense before revealing chucky. Has a good story, likeable characters. Well written.

Up there on the list of pinnacle horror films.

Still fun to watch today. I’ve always gotten more laughs than scares from this movie.

Great horror movie that doesn't try to be anything it's not and doesn't take itself too seriously and has a simple plot but makes it work.

Funny slasher that doesn’t take itself seriously while also getting more and more terrifying as you watch

Honestly extremely well done, well acted, the effects are pretty good. And it created a horror icon.
