Took Harry Palmer too close to 007 territory. Caine is reliably decent, but the plot is too outlandish without Bond-caliber action or charm.

As a Finn, it was cool to see old footage of Helsinki but otherwise the movie is kinda slow...

Fascinating watch as a marker for the 60s but laughable plot, more worthy of Austin Powers than a legit spy thriller. Someone was on acid.
