Berserk: The Golden Age Arc I - The Egg of the King
Action • 2012 • 1 hr 16 min
A good stepping stone for a trilogy that stands up to the hype
Definitely something to watch by yourself. Worth watching nonetheless
It’s a different style of animation that may take some getting used to, but it’s nonetheless a solid, faithful, movie.
I still can't forget about it, and I'm not sure if I want to forget.
It’s slow, however, it’s necessary for setting up the plot. It overuses that ugly-ass cgi animation that’s trendy in anime.
A good realization of the manga. The CGI is great in some scenes, but terrible in others.
A great watch. Better production quality than the dog series and it is one of the be animated movies ever.
one of the best manga franchises ever and this trilogy of movies does an incredible job of adapting it, highly recommend
It was my entry into Berserk. 3D CG ain't the best it could be much worse.
Isn’t the best adaptation but thankfully most of the important moments make the cut even if some don’t. The 3D animation can be distracting.
