I've always loved this movie, but wow. What a timeless classic. 30 years old and still great
Great special effects on this film made it still relevant and exciting.
Convoluted plot is elevated by amazing fire effects and sound. Ron Howard makes things too sappy and Billy Baldwin terrible but a fun flick.
Ron Howard's tribute to Firefighters! Cool mystery & Stellar cast highlight this melodramatic-classic. 8/10
This is a good drama and very well put together. It’s an oldie but goodie.
Paraphrase of director R. Howard: 'Fire fighters were impressed by our equipment. We're making a stupid movie. These guys are saving lives.'
I remember seeing this in the theater & being blown away (no pun intended) anyway don’t know if it still holds up but amazing for it’s time.
This movie was surprisingly good but I will probably never watch it again
Def' the type of movie that makes U wonder could this ever B surpassed by any other film about firefighters? Great cast, performances, ✅🤗🌟
what I like about this film, aside from the clever orchestrated action sequences is De Niros investigative explanations & style.
