Miike is known for his shocking, and unflinching depictions of violence. This film is a slow burn, that culminates in a shocking finale.
I don’t like slow movies but this is an exception. The slow pace made it creepier and the ending was masterful.
What can I say. THE staple of asian horror films. It starts slow and more as a drama, but pays off in the end.
This movie disgusted me. I thought about it for many days after I saw it. Would recommend if you have a stronger stomach.
The most disgusting vile horrifying movie I’ve ever seen but yet I could not look away like looking at a car crash
A slow burn horror that definitely pays off. I love this to the moon and back
Over rated, don't waste your time on this one.

Beautiful film, you never really know what's going on but you're always gripped
A masterpiece in slow burn horror. It slowly unfolds to a brilliantly executed ending that will leave you speechless.
