Gorgeous and crazy. Lots of fun start to finish. Not what you expected but everything you hoped. Memorable visuals, barely comprehensible.
Great visual storytelling and extremely inventive. All around very fun and thought provoking movie
When this film came out, I went to see it 3 times at theater. So chilling, dreamlike, even though ludicrous.
This film is a trip, looks at drugs vs. reality and where the potential limit of the human mind lies. Dope psychedelic scenes too
If you love films such as 2001 Space Odyssey, Eraserhead, and Videodrome. This is the perfect film for you. An overlooked gem of the 80s.
Above average sci-fi thriller although the author disowned association with it. Only problem for me was too laid-back Bill Hurt.
Weird, crazy, love, trippy, love, drugs and life. These are only a few words that can barely even describe this experience of a movie.
Very trippy, weird film.. in the best way
Sometimes feels rather flat, but still stunning - explores some complex concepts
