Football dog. Bigger. Badder. Still adorable.
One of my favorite childhood movies. Got this one from the video store VERY often. Who doesn’t love an awesome dog playing an awesome sport?

Cute movie but it's also not that great.
A competent retread of the first that really doesn’t have much to offer the viewer, but that I’m sure seemed a home run on paper. RIP, Buddy
Don’t remember much from this since I haven’t seen it since it came out. Definitely not as good as the original. Forgettable.

12-year-old Jacob is an aspiring basketball player coping with the recent loss of his father. After he and his mother move to his dad’s childhood home in Fernfield, Jacob discovers a VHS tape of his old man playing basketball on the same court as a hoops-shooting golden retriever. Soon, Jacob begins his own adventure with a neglected golden retriever that he names Buddy.
