Rides rather heavy-handed through history, but it's a violent sex-romp of drama and intrigue.
A showed riddled with drama, keeps you entertained
So we’ll acted! Visually gorgeous and lush and fascinating.
Lots of drama and lots of twists and turns. Dark and oddly satisfying.
A little uneven but makes for a good binge
Brilliant show and quite accurate, though the timelines are a little off.
Great drama. Horribly inaccurate in many instances.
The set design is strong, but the plot drags on.
I have always been a fan of period drama pieces. This is one of my favorite about the Tudor period.
Moves along slowly but well crafted. Covers the full reign of Henry VIII including Wolsey, More, Cromwell and the various wives.
