Brilliant series. Each episode is well written & actors are marvelous.

One of my favorite procedurals. The long episodes provide complex cases which don’t always tie up neatly. It’s oddly refreshing and distinct

Something fun to watch with your grandma!

My grandma and I watch it, (not all 22 seasons lol). It’s a murder every episode type show. It’s well acted, and has good characters.

Like an old, well-loved quilt. Enough genuinely good mystery episodes to make you want to make fun of the sillier ones with a drinking game.

Of all the British mystery shows my mom and sister watch this is the most enjoyable one

There are over 20 seasons of this, so some are a bit dated, but it's fun to watch, even if a bit dark at times.

Seen almost every 1 of these episodes, with both Barnaby's. Can only watch them once though, just like Marple & Poirot's. Holmes is better!

Doc Martin is a British television comedy drama series starring Martin Clunes in the title role. It was created by Dominic Minghella after the character of Dr. Martin Bamford in the 2000 comedy film Saving Grace. The show is set in the fictional seaside village of Portwenn and filmed on location in the village of Port Isaac, Cornwall, England, with most interior scenes shot in a converted local barn. Five series aired between 2004 and 2011, together with a feature-length special that aired on Christmas Day 2006. Series 6 began airing on ITV on 2 September 2013.
