Some really good scenes that show NFL players acting candid
Interesting look into different teams every season
Classic sports programming or at least it started out that way. Some good seasons here.
Interesting if you in to football. Some of the seasons are dull tho

Great insight to what goes into a professional football team.
Hard Knocks is a decent premise, just not necessary. This one is made worse by focusing on the Cowboys.
Watch a team bubbling with overconfidence blindly stumble into yet another season where they don’t make it to the Super Bowl.
