So totally dodgy, stupid and full of teenage T&A tropes that I for one am happy it got made. The real Charles and Buddy.
Scott Baio really phoned this one in. But is my personal choice for movie with a better sequel. Zapped Again (not on this app?) is great

Another dumb 80’s movie with Scott Baio who was basically just collecting checks at this point. It would be shutdown by the me too movement
A fun and enjoyable way to pass an hour or so
Been after a DVD copy of this 4 at least a year now, but maybe if I never find it, I won't regret it too much, seems really basic plotwise?
A movie with a real positive, can do attitude about being a real creep. Fun, and enough wtf moments for inclusion in the cult canon.

Peyton and Barney are fun loving high school students working on a science project with white mice. When one of the mice begins to move food toward itself with out touching it, Barney finds he has accidently discovered a formula for telekinetic powers. Now, how much trouble can a high school boy who can move things with just his mind get into?
A new kid moves into school, making enemies with the affluent societies and joining the beleaguered Science Club. But when an old potion is discovered to confer telekinetic power he gets the chance to get his own back, as well as having a bit of fun on the side.
