Adventure • PG-13 • 2003 • 2 hr 13 min
Dives deeper into Wolverine's story. Gives more time to develop characters and the story. The villain is good but not my favorite. On par
Got a little slow at points but the siege scenes are fantastic
There is a lot of dated CGI and the storylines are a little shake, but it's a fun movie with tons of little nods to the larger universe.
Another classic in the X-men movies, the first 3 (this being the 2nd) movies are all still really good. Top notch movie. Great rewatching it
It topped the first and still remains the best of the Original Trilogy.
One of the best X-men movies X2 is the main reason why fans love the franchise and consider it there favorite installment in the OG trilogy.
Great follow up to the first, though some more character depth would have been appreciated. The last good X-Men film for awhile
One of the best comic movies ever. Great characters, great story, the action is done well. Highly entertaining movie.
This sequel does a lot of things right that makes it stand out from lesser sequels, a fantastic, well written story that builds on the lore
I love X-Men, so of course I love this movie.
Two mutants, Rogue and Wolverine, come to a private academy for their kind whose resident superhero team, the X-Men, must oppose a terrorist organization with similar powers.
Professor Charles Xavier and his team of genetically gifted superheroes face a rising tide of anti-mutant sentiment led by Col. William Stryker. Storm, Wolverine and Jean Grey must join their usual nemeses—Magneto and Mystique—to unhinge Stryker's scheme to exterminate all mutants.
When a cure is found to treat mutations, lines are drawn amongst the X-Men—led by Professor Charles Xavier—and the Brotherhood, a band of powerful mutants organised under Xavier's former ally, Magneto.
Before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Before they were arch-enemies, they were closest of friends, working together with other mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop the greatest threat the world has ever known.
The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods as they join forces with their younger selves in an epic battle that must change the past – to save our future.
After the re-emergence of the world's first mutant, world-destroyer Apocalypse, the X-Men must unite to defeat his extinction level plan.
The X-Men face their most formidable and powerful foe when one of their own, Jean Grey, starts to spiral out of control. During a rescue mission in outer space, Jean is nearly killed when she's hit by a mysterious cosmic force. Once she returns home, this force not only makes her infinitely more powerful, but far more unstable. The X-Men must now band together to save her soul and battle aliens that want to use Grey's new abilities to rule the galaxy.
