Exactly what I expected from Willy Wonka’s origin story.
The “Sorry Noodle” song and the “Sweet Tooth” songs get stuck in my head so much and I’m not even mad.
Wonderful movie! Almost like a broadway show in a film! Great music, great plot, and definitely worth a watch!
Chalamet’stake on Wonka falls closer to Wilder’s than Depp’s, which is good. Fun characters, a fine story, but needed more oompa loompas!
So whimsical and the songs are so well written. It captured the essence of the original Willy Wonka but put its own spin on it.
not perfect, but i appreciate whimsy where i can get it nowadays! this was very sweet and fun, i just wish i liked the songs more!
