Idk how to explain but its a perf movie for a ADHD 🤣 + love the DV references
The title explain it all in all pros & few cons ways with more brutal kills that probably most sinister in the franchise & the cast shines.
Absolute blood bath of fire, pain and gore, loved it
Better than Evil Dead Rise. God gore, genuinely unsettling. Somewhat forgettable tho and felt the main characters arch was a little lacking
Still not a single bad entry in Evil Dead franchise. But I think this is a bit weacker than the previous ones.
Started strong, dragged a tad- ended strong. Weaker atmosphere than rise, but stronger, almost nauseating practical effects.
Mean, nasty, and fucking gory; it doesn’t reinvent Evil Dead, but when the Deadites start going berserk, this thing is a hell of a ride.

Mia, a drug addict, is determined to kick the habit. To that end, she asks her brother, David, his girlfriend, Natalie and their friends Olivia and Eric to accompany her to their family's remote forest cabin to help her through withdrawal. Eric finds a mysterious Book of the Dead at the cabin and reads aloud from it, awakening an ancient demon. All hell breaks loose when the malevolent entity possesses Mia.
