Fun sequel to one of Seagal’s biggest movies
A forgettable followup that offers decent action, but just feels like more of same with weaker villains & some sloppy effects work.
Like Under Siege but in a less interesting place with a less interesting plot and a less conscious lead actor.
This is a fun underrated sequel and action movie. Great villains and fun action set pieces. Everything you want in a 90s action film.
