Original idea, played out well, slow in places but never boring.
One of the best superhero movies before they became cool. Great family redemption story as well.
Surprisingly good and interesting movie!
Well made with beautiful cinematography. Pacing is deliberate and thoughtful.
A thrilling movie with a great storyline.
A gripping, unique twist on the genre that focuses less on the capabilities of the protagonist, but his acceptance of his new identity.
A non-exaggerated superhero movie. Imagine that.
This is actually quite a meditative movie, with a gripping subtle performance by Bruce Willis.
I watched this after all 3 movies in the same universe came out so it may sway my feelin but damn I really enojoyed this take on Superheroes
Slow and deliberate, shot in a cold and almost depressing way. Not the usual kind of movie I watch but I enjoyed it. Cast perfect for roles.
A unique super hero movie that works quite well to develop its characters
The first one in the M. Night trilogy, amazing take on the superhero genre. As usual with this director, always with a twist at the end.
Brilliant execution of a more realistic super hero movie, which shows people having flaws. Nice acting and many subtle moments
I get the possible appeal and the concept is great. But it is too slow and one-note for my taste.
It was okay, some parts were kind of boring
A dark superhero movie way ahead of it's time. M. Night Shyamalan's most prized projects and for very good reason.
It has its major flaws (typical for a Shyamalan film), but it still has some decent thrills and an interesting (albeit obvious) twist.
A good movie. Stellar performances and an interesting concept. Not as good as some people say though imo.
Shamylan displays his master of Shamylanyism with his unique camerawork, engaging story telling, and of course, the twist ending.
One of the few movies by Shyamalan that are actually good, so now he's trying to make this bad too expanding on it
