Entertaining and great effects (unless you're like a CGI professional or something)
It’s fun to watch, some good visuals of a frozen Earth. Interesting premise.
The CGI and general idea are the movies strongest points. Stuff like dumb character choices and forced storylines butchers the movie.
Cool special effects, but movie takes itself way too seriously, which doesn’t work when the plot is like The Wandering Earth’s!. C
Only watch for CGI, no reason behind actors action, unable to connect with charecters plus they are making the worst possible choices.
It feels like a 2-hour engineering lecture all technical jargon, no emotion. Visually impressive but cold and boring.
6 out of 10. Very fast paced intergalactic recolonization sci-fi. Not a great script but worth watching for the visuals alone.

Story was good, great CGI but final outcome was not upto the mark. Expected something more after watching thr trailer.

When the Sun begins to expand in such a way that it will inevitably engulf and destroy the Earth in a hundred years, united mankind finds a way to avoid extinction by propelling the planet out of the Solar System using gigantic engines, moving it to a new home located four light years away, an epic journey that will last thousands of years.
Humans built huge engines on the surface of the earth to find a new home. But the road to the universe is perilous. In order to save earth, young people once again have to step forward to start a race against time for life and death.
