Slept on this so long. Expecting sexist kneeslapper, got introspective & nuanced exploration of interiority and monogamy. Tight & compelling
Not wilders best but still iconic andtrue to his mastery of cinema. Tightly written script, cuts only when necessary and relying on visuals.
Great drama comedy movie, classic worth watching
A fun period piece that is a Time Machine. Marilyn is a wonderful magnifying glass on everything that’s changed since 1955, good and bad.
Nobody ever mentions that Marilyn Monroe had great comedic chops. Wonderful role that elevates a very dated movie.

The dress scene is more iconic than the movie itself. It was okay
It has iconic scenes but this feels like the most boring and over narrated view of a man's middle life crisis. Only Marilyn saves this one.
A fun and cornball movie. Well written and funny. Marilyn Monroe does great. Billy Wilder is classic. Also with the famous grate scene.
