Simple, sweet and fun. Cute details. End feels a touch underwhelming.
I enjoyed this movie. Based on a book, it has unique characters, good action, excellent animation and it’s a pleasure to watch.

A hidden gem from Miyazaki, though maybe not as narratively staggering as his masterpieces
The usual whimsical feels from Ghibli. I wanted a little more action/adventure on the small scale. Like Honey I Shrunk the Kids.

Wonderful visuals, soundtrack, wonderment and whimsy. A lovely world to experience, with plenty of the feelings of vastness of childhood.
