Michael Bay & San Francisco Bay make a good match, thanks in large part to a talented cast. As action entertainment goes, The Rock is solid.
Easily Michael Bay’s best. Sean Connery and Nic Cage are also at the top of their game. Good fun action, and an excellent Hans Zimmer score.

In order to foil a terrorist plot, an FBI agent undergoes facial transplant surgery and assumes the identity of a criminal mastermind. The plan turns sour when the criminal wakes up prematurely and seeks revenge.
