Story takes place in post-apocalyptic Australia where fuel is scarce. This a rare case where the sequel is better. Great action and setting.
Perfecr blend of camp and serious action. Tbe Humungous is both hilarious and terrorfying. Best of the Gibson trilogy
The first one dealt with themes of family and grief. But this one is a straightforward action film. Its lost a lot of character and drama.
I think the best of the original mad max movies
The first one was great but obviously very low budget. This takes it up a notch.
Dark, gritty, heavy metal apocalypse. Cool and entertaining.
A movie about a man who burns lots of gas, driving around looking for more gas.
Probably the best of the original trilogy
The action scenes in this one are superb, but I like the overall aesthetic of the original best!
Amazing set and prop design absorbs you into a fast paced, really enjoyable film. Highly recommend.
The best of the original Mad Max trillogy
Expanded on the first and really honed the franchise’s now iconic post-apocalyptic style. A classic in its own right.
Not nearly as good as the first part but every Mad Max fan must watch this. The saddest part of the movie is when they destroy the last V8.
Decent. No where near as good as the first
A amazing movie, the best of the old mad max trilogy
The stick by which all post apocalyptic dystopias are measured by. Vehicle action scenes still look great. What a movie!
Didn't know it was possible to be worse than the first film.
Remind this isn't anything like furry road so please don't expect anything like that. It's a great movie al on its own
Mad Max 2 is a masterpiece. It is truly atmospheric, jaw-dropping stunts, and paved the way for everything "post-apocalytic" to come.
This is my favorite Mad Max movie. The dystopia future setting really works with great special effects and action scenes. Gibson is my Max!
