A slow-burn, masterfully directed and really well acted...worth a watch
It’s a good movie, but it’s really hard to watch (multiple rape scenes and racism). Realistically shows how brutal colonial England was.
Disturbing and visceral. I genuinely cheered for the main character. This is not an easy movie to watch

OMFG. This one became one of my favourite movies. I can't believe I haven't heard of this movie untill now. What a masterpiece.
