One of my first war movies I ever saw it’s really good one.
Decent war movie, classic worth a watch
Too long for today's standards, it shows that special forces on a mission are real people & vulnerable, not phoney juiced up supermen.

A film I have rewatched often. I always waver between preferring Quinn, Niven, and Peck’s character. The first great Alistair MacLean film!

The cast is terrific, the action and effects good, but it is incredibly long.

All I remember is this film's catchy theme song. Maybe watch this if you're a history buff.
