Picked up somewhere near where it was left. Unfortunately it felt like it was not up to the expectations. I didn't like the cliche.

i have VERY low expectations for nostalgic crash-grab sequels so this was actually pretty decent
The film is very fun and feel good. However, Miranda is a bit too overtly likable to feel like it’s the same character from the first film.
It deliver on what’s fans of the book want for the sequel by expanding more of the world in modern day, the whole cast is still phenomenal.
This is how you make a proper sequel! Loved it
